I have been putting my body through so many different yo-yo weight loss/gain highs and lows for about 18 years. I seem to always be able to manage losing 25-30lbs, but inevitably I would always gain it back by the end of the year. Doing this so many times has definitely taken a toll on my body as I age. It could no longer just bounce back like it used to. I wanted off that carnival ride and wanted to try something that would hopefully keep the weight off for good. Right after my 40th birthday in February, I started focusing some lifestyle and health changes to really shift my mindset. I started taking Zepbound, and it has really helped me with weight loss tremendously…in a way that I have never experienced before. I will be sharing a lot of details and answering questions about my experience. This video is just demonstrating how the actual injection works (since I have had so many friends ask). I only made this for informational purposes to show people how then injection arrives and how I administer it. When people think about needles and injections, they imagine a different situation, so I just wanted to shed light on how Zepbound has worked for me. Feel free to let me know if you have any questions! *CORRECTION* In the video I mention that I thought there are 4 different dose levels of this medication, but I was incorrect. There are actually 6 different dose amounts for those who need to titrate up higher: 2.5mg, 5mg, 7.5mg, 10mg, 12.5mg, and 15mg. The highest dose I ever went was 5mg since there all I ever needed. Apologies for the mistake!
