Pistol Reload Comparison | Slide Lock vs Tactical Reload

Comparing Reload Methods In this session we compare two different reload approaches during pistol drills: Slide Lock Reload – running the pistol dry and reloading once the slide locks to the rear VS Tactical Reload (flat range context) – conducting a magazine change while the pistol still has rounds remaining. This is not the same as a tactical reload conducted after a real-world engagement where you would top up the pistol before moving again. For this video we are specifically looking at flat range / IPSC-style shooting. The goal here is to compare: • Reload efficiency and compare the two drills. We’re also continuing to test equipment currently in development. During this session we are running: • Valkyrie Plate Carrier• Krieger pistol belt platform (in testing)• 9mm magazine carriers (in development).
