The Delhi Police on Friday arrested Ashutosh, the owner of the Baleno car that dragged 20-year-old Anjali for several kilometres on January 1. Four men who were in the car when it hit Anjali's scooter are currently in police custody. Ankush, the seventh accused in the Delhi hit-and-run case, has been arrested hours after the owner of the car that dragged Anjali to death was held on Friday by the police. Ankush was allegedly involved in a plot to cover up the death, protect the accused, and mislead the police.
