(EN) Paciente de 32 años visto por primera vez en 2021. En tratamiento con finasteride hace 6 años, presenta un patrón de alopecia difusa NW III vertex -IV. Muy buena donante principalmente por número de pelos/cm2 y % pelos/graft, se programa estrategia al mejor resultado a 1 cirugía. Zona donante con las siguientes características: Temporal: 50 μm ; 82 UF/cm2; 242 pelos/cm2; 2,95 pelos/UF; CV de 12,10. - Parietal: 52 μm ; 91 UF/cm2; 291 pelos/cm2; 3,20 pelos/UF; CV de 15,13. - Occipital: 53 μm ; 106 UF/cm2; 352 pelos/cm2; 3,32 pelos/UF; CV de 18,66. TDA de 224 cm2. TDC de 13.980 grafts (a 3,16 pelos/graft). TDHC de 44.129 pelos. Se realiza extraen 3501 grafts (10.705 pelos), a 3,06 pelos/grafts, para restaurar 52 cm2 de frontal (38 a 47 grafts/cm2) y 69 cm2 de coronilla (22 a 36 grafts/cm2) . Punch de 0.8/0.85 mm. Grafts: I-236; II-686; III-1449; IV-912; V-206; VI-11;VII-1. Se actualiza su resultado a los 10 meses con objetivos ampliamente conseguidos, en cobertura y naturalidad.
