Chassis And Underbody how to respray at home without a hoist! for a fresh look new protection under neath the body, chassis and check for rust and rust spots. For the chassis I used Enamel gloss black with hardener added... and a anti chip spray for the wheel arches/ guards. All materials used and process is shown in full detail , this is not a 10 min video! It took me 3 to 4 days when I had spare time and you need the water to be completed gone nice and dry for best results. Not the easiest job by any means as i went under neath the Pajero 1000 times :( A spray gun with a paint pot attached under neath would have been better for sure as there is no room to move.
