Has Royal Enfield just created their best touring bike yet? The new Royal Enfield Bear 650 is a scrambler on the outside, but after spending time in the saddle, I think it may just be three bikes in one – a scrambler, a roadster, and a true touring machine. With its 648cc parallel twin engine, modern TFT display with navigation, luggage-ready subframe, and a surprisingly upright and natural riding position, the Bear 650 feels ready for long-distance rides. At just 214 kg, it’s noticeably lighter than the Super Meteor 650, yet still delivers smooth highway performance with almost no vibration at 70 mph. From the 19-inch front and 17-inch rear wheel setup, to the Showa suspension, to its nimble handling, the Bear 650 genuinely surprised me. Add in that signature Royal Enfield exhaust note and you’ve got a bike that turns heads everywhere it goes. But is it perfect? The firm seat and stiff rear shocks are compromises you’ll notice on rough roads. Still, for riders looking for one bike that blends style, comfort, and real touring ability, the Bear 650 might just be the most versatile Royal Enfield to date. 👉 In this video, I cover: Full Royal Enfield Bear 650 review Highway performance and comfort Handling and suspension Ergonomics and rider fit Real touring potential vs. scrambler style So is the Bear 650 the best Royal Enfield 650 yet?
