In today’s video, I’m breaking down the full results from my 0→100K Ornament Build Challenge — the exact build I started back in August on my slower Etsy shop. If you’re new here, I’m Jessie, an Etsy seller with two shops (over $400K in revenue for 2025) and I teach design-focused strategies that help Print on Demand sellers stand out. I put my own method to the test — the same research workflow I teach inside my videos and that Inner Circle Prints teaches: ⭐ High Potential Product Lists ⭐ Research-based mockups ⭐ KDA Vision Boards ⭐ Filling gaps + adding value I launched 194 new ornaments using this method and today I’m sharing the real numbers: • 40 ornaments had 0 sales • 96 got 1–10 sales • 32 got 11–25 sales • 12 got 26–50 sales • 4 got 51–100 sales • And 10 listings carried the shop with 100+ sales — including one that hit 775 sales on its own In Q4 alone, this slower shop jumped from $40K YTD revenue → $144K Total by the end of the year, with $23K take-home profit (23% margin) in Q4 alone. I also talk about the Etsy ad glitches in November, how my newborn + my VA’s early delivery forced me to cap ads and raise prices, and what I learned from it.
