Updated WARNING: 1. Always use bootloader ("three finger salute") once you've updated to 2.0. 2. Put the Tx into bootloader mode BEFORE you connect the TX to the computer. 3. Use Safe disconnect method in Windows for both the Transmitter AND the SD card BEFORE disconnecting the TX from the computer. NOTE:The first time you power the Taranis on after upgrading it will prompt you to format the EEPROM. Check through all model settings after upgrading In this video I update a Taranis from stock firmware to OpenTX 2.0. I use a computer that has never had any of the FrSky or OpenTX software or drivers previously installed on it - this is it's maiden flight in the RC world. The installation segment was filmed straight through in real time with no editing except to speed up a couple places so we would not watch a progress bar move slowly across the screen.
