Sizes supported include 2GB, 4GB, 8GB, 16GB or 32GB. Unfortunately there are no 64GB DIMMs for the Dell T320. Types of RAM: ECC Registered also known as RDIMMs. Load Reduced also known as LRDIMM. Both types of RAM have the same maximum capacity. 192GB. However the max speed is higher for LRDIMMs. Load reduced max memory for Dell T320 is 192GB (6 x 32GB) 1866MHz ECC LRDIMM. ECC Registered max memory for Dell T320 is 192GB (6 x 32GB) 1600MHz ECC Reg RDIMM. And the 1600MHz 32GB DDR3 ECC Reg is kind of a unicorn part so most users go with 1333MHz.
