Tokyo Trip 2023 (11 Days)

We survived 11 days with all four children on this trip! To be honest, the majority of the journey revolved around phrases like 'I don't want to eat this,' 'He doesn't want to share his toy,' 'It's not fair,' 'Why must we queue for so long?,' 'How many more minutes before we reach?,' 'She hit me first!,' and more. It was a trip where the children fought every day, almost every mealtime. =( To all the parents with children, you know what I mean. We woke up to quarrels, fights, and tantrums, and ended the days with displeasure, moody faces, and comparisons. To make things worse, two members caught Covid-19, one had to visit the doctor twice in Japan, and the rest of us were coughing in the cold 3-degree weather in the mountains. But at the end of the day, we captured all these happy memories to remind ourselves of the good times during the trip. When we look back years later, they will appreciate the good times and the bonding. Just being real here... it's a hassle to travel with four young children. Thank you to my parents-in-law for assisting us on this trip.
