TCR Book Fest 2022 Photo and Books Make Memories Soundscape

Following the TCR Book Fest in Barnard Castle for children, young people and families, this is a collection of photos sharing the delightful experiences from the weekend, many of which are taken by photographer Claire Collinson. The voices you can hear in this video are volunteers, members of the Making Memories Dementia Support group and families from TCR Family Social Club sharing their memories of the stories they loved growing up and how they had an impact on their childhoods. Our thanks to everyone who participated in the interviews, lead by Writer Lucie Brownlee, to photographer Claire Collinson for capturing special moments at TCR Book Fest. Thanks to all our partners in this project from New Writing North, Teesdale Operatic Society, Storyteller Richard O'Neill, Poet Tahmina Ali, Illustrator Liz Million and Writer Lucie Brownlee to Tall Tales Mysteries, Bright Woods Forest School, and the Castle Players Community Theatre Company.
