January didn't go as planned. I had all these New Year’s resolutions and intentions, but life felt busy and honestly a little overwhelming. I didn’t get to start them the way I thought I would. Instead of forcing it, I decided to give myself a clean slate. February 1st is my new January 1st. In this video, I’m doing an ocean "cold" plunge as a way to reset — mentally, physically, and emotionally. While so much of the country is frozen and buried under snow, San Clemente feels like summer, and it reminded me how grateful I am to live here. The sunshine, the ocean, and the slower pace were exactly what I needed after a hard month. This vlog is a reminder that you don’t have to get everything right at the start of the year.
