Depending on the operations, what, how, and why we share information dynamically vacillates between the “need to share” versus the “need to protect.” Most often leaders require both, creating organizational, process, and technology complexity. One concept is certain, establishing trust is paramount. The underlying concept of trust which requires shared goals, shared values, common standards, transparency, and most importantly, shared risks, help us to share confidently in coalition interoperability.
