I had this old unreleased footage from years ago! Check out young me teaching how to count the stub for poker dealers! I teach using Texas Hold 'Em in this example, but counting the stub in poker works the same for all hold 'em games. You just have to know how many cards are left over at the end of a hand. This is normally only needed on games without shuffle machines where the dealer needs to occasionally verify that they are playing with the correct number of cards.
