Join me as I step into one of the World’s Top 50 Restaurants — the iconic Ministry of Crab in Colombo, Sri Lanka. 🦀✨ Created by cricketing legends Mahela Jayawardene and Kumar Sangakkara, along with master chef Dharshan Munidasa, this restaurant has been on my must-visit list for years. And finally, I got to experience it! From the moment I walked into the historic Dutch Hospital building, I felt the buzz. The board announcing which crabs are available that day, the Heliconia flower on each table shaped like a crab’s claw, the bell that rings when a crab size runs out — every detail here tells a story. And then came the food… The legendary Crabzilla, larger than life A rich, umami-packed crab liver pâté Juicy prawns cooked with garlic and olive oil Bread dipped in sauces that carried the very soul of the sea I must confess — I can’t cook to save my life, but when someone describes food with such passion, I come alive. Listening to the stories behind each dish, and then tasting that magic for myself, was an experience I’ll always remember. This vlog isn’t just about a meal. It’s about the joy of eating with your hands, celebrating flavors, and soaking in the stories of Sri Lanka. Come, join me on this food adventure. I promise you — by the end, you’ll be hungry, happy, and maybe even planning your own trip to Colombo. 📍 Ministry of Crab, Colombo, Sri Lanka 🏏 Founded by Mahela Jayawardene, Kumar Sangakkara & Chef Dharshan Munidasa #AshishVidyarthi #FoodVlog #MinistryOfCrab #SriLanka #Crabzilla If you enjoyed this journey with us, please hit the like button, share this video, and subscribe to my channel.
