Marinate the chicken with Malka chicken tikka seasoning, onion, minced ginger-garlic, oil, and yogurt. Mix well and marinate for at least 2-4 hours. 2. Cook the chicken for 15-20 minutes or until it’s cooked through. 3. Defrost the puff pastry. Cut each puff pastry sheet into two equal pieces. Spread plum sauce on one of the pastry pieces. Add the cooked chicken on top and sprinkle shredded cheese over it. Cover the chicken with the second pastry piece and seal the edges. Make a few light cuts on top. Brush the pastry with egg wash and sprinkle sesame seeds on top. 4. Bake the pastry in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until it’s golden brown and crispy. 5.
