Northeast Ohio weather forecast: Rain approaching this weekend

Your 11 p.m. Northeast Ohio weather forecast for April 28, 2022: Another cold night is ahead of us although not quite as cold as last night. Freeze Warnings have once again been hoisted for the majority of NE Ohio with temps expected to dip into the upper 20s and low 30s. Sunshine will continue on Friday as our warming trend persists. Highs will reach into the upper 50s to near 60. High clouds will float over the area from time-to-time off of distant rain and storms that will head our way this weekend. Speaking of weekend, we'll kick off a rainy pattern beginning Saturday night into Sunday as a series of storm systems march through the US. The daytime Saturday will feature thickening clouds with highs well into the 60s--should be a great day! By Sunday we'll have rain and rumbles around with highs nearing 70.
