Hello everyone and happy Friday! Welcome to the third video in this plant-based vegan weight loss series. This video includes a breakfast recipe for vegan protein baked oats which is really tasty! I also share with you some of the typical meals I prepare to take to work with me in the week when I'm not at home cooking. I have included all the macros with these meals so you can see how they fit into my current macros - iifym and to give you some ideas of meals you can prepare especially at work. There is also some footage of my gym workout - I am currently following a strong 5s lifting programme in preparation for a power-lifting competition in April. In this video I did squats, bench and rows. Working out is a big part of my life and I actually enjoy it!
