I POST VIDEOS ONCE A WEEK !!! In this video I focus on what you can do if you feel like your life is spiraling out of control . We all experience times in our lives where we can feel overwhelmed ,exhausted and even pressured by life. Sometimes it is hard to see a way clear when life feels to hard or we are going through tough times. I focus on how to improve your life by learning to take action and slow everything down to create pause in your life. When life feels like it is closing in on us it is important to find ways to slow down our lives. I suggest that we teach ourselves to start living in the now which can help us to stay present in certain situations. I explain that we have the control to change our lives by focusing our thoughts on the now moment. We have the ability to turn our life around by the choices we are making . The reason it is important to stay present is so that we can clear our minds of the clutter and busyness that can be causing our stress and overwhelm. If we allow things to continue to spiral it may lead to depression and in turn suicide. It is by slowing down our lives that we can regain the control of our mind and body. In this video I discuss the importance of learning to change your thoughts. Focusing on old memories can sometimes hold us in old patterns of thinking. It is important that if we want to feel better mentally and physically we must decide to slow our thoughts in order to improve how we are feeling. When our lives spiral out of control it can create in us enormous anxiety, fear and pain in a variety of forms. We can either chose to be a victim in life or we can chose to be proactive and make some huge changes. Basically by getting back to the simple things in life you can start to slow everthing down and create a sense of inner calm. I believe we can turn our thoughts and lives around by really enjoying where we are in the present moment. Focusing on your breath will naturally help you to relieve pain as well as distract your mind from worrying about the future and staying stuck in the past. We have the strength inside to shift our lives and make the changes necessary to improve the way we are feeling.
