I failed it on my first attempt by quite a big margin then succeeded on my second attempt quite easily. The only thing I changed was upgraded my defensive rotten stones to level 5 and removing tentacles from my offense and adding another damage stone. In the end I ended up using 2 yellows and 7 rotten in defense which has been the norm for the last few floors. On offense I used 1 purple, 1 rotten, and 4 pearls. With the extra damage reduction from upgrading my stones and the extra damage reduction it was a lot easier to just stand still in the groups of Zombies without dying. I ended up beating the score easily by over 300 points. All you have to do is make sure to keep the book bonus active, try to funnel the Zombies into the pathways, and stand still as much as possible so you aren't wasting time not attacking. I used the same spot to the North as the floor 109 where you can stand still and force all the Zombies to easily come to you without causing your targeting to move around too much.
