Smiling Barry Morphew Could Walk Out of Jail for Wife's Mysterious Murder

The man accused of killing his wife, Suzanne Morphew, could soon be released from jail on a $3 million surety bond. A judge denied Barry Morphew’s request to lower his bond to $500,000 but changed it from cash to property or bond-backed security. Prosecutors argue he is a flight risk due to his wealth, mobility, and history of moving assets, while his defense insists he has strong ties to his daughters and previously complied with all court conditions.
