Following the instructions, in this video I assemble the entire workbench except for the drawers. Background: The basic home-built workbenches in our garage had to be ripped out before we could convert the room into living space. Although I do have a small workbench in our unheated barn shed, it is now packed full of stuff that used to be stored in our garage leaving little room to work. What I now would like is a more efficient, compact and freestanding workbench for working on small projects, such as repairing household items, cutting, sanding and filing wood and metal, cleaning and polishing and touch-up painting. I looked at the mobile metal workbenches loaded with drawers in Home Depot and searched online but could not find a suitable basic wood workbench for this purpose – until I came upon this Yukon 60-inch three drawer solid wood workbench sold at Harbor Freight. This turned out to be a perfect solution!
