This project is considered one of the most promising developments in the southern part of the country, as it is designed to serve residents of the southern regions in general, and the residents of Sabah Al-Ahmad City in particular. The project aims to provide integrated commercial, recreational, and hospitality services within a single destination that reflects Kuwait’s cultural identity while meeting modern needs. The project spans a land area of 40,121 square meters, with a total built-up area of approximately 84,000 square meters. It includes 174 retail units, in addition to a hotel consisting of 110 rooms. The current completion rate has reached 25 percent, reflecting steady progress in implementation and construction.
