Episode 121 Namaste, We are Shirish and Pooja and Welcome to a Moringa (शेवग्याची फुलं, पानं, शेंगा ) Special Episode of ‪@RedSoilStories‬ Pooja had gone to harvest some Moringa Blossom ( flowers ) and moringa leaves for her today's recipes. I was working in the farm. Pooja returned home with some fresh Moringa Blossom and leaves. She prepared moringa scrabbled eggs (शेवग्याची अंडा भुर्जी ) and moringa fritters (शेवग्याची भजी ) for the lunch. We both had lunch. Later after a week or so when the Moringa drumsticks were ready I collected some of them and brought home, Meanwhile Pooja collected some moringa leaves and washed it and kept it in the sun, later she'll make moringa powder from it. From drumsticks she prepared healthy veg soup and chicken soup. I delivered it to one of our neighbor who was not feeling well. After 10 days when the leaves were all dried, Pooja made Moringa powder out of it then made moringa green tea from it. Let us know how do you liked this episode..!
