[Bar 21] The slide in the open indicates that finger 1 (3rd string) slides up to the 3rd fret and then lowers onto the D note (2nd string). [Bar 22] Most people indicate the barre on the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th strings with 1/2. I added ⅓ (2nd string), 2/3 (4th string). Furthermore, instead of the notation C + a Roman numeral, I preferred a lowercase c (to avoid confusion with the C chord) + an Arabic numeral.
