Franco Manca bringing lush sourdough pizzas to Plymouth

Franco Manca has just opened its doors in Plymouth, making it the chain's third restaurant in the South West. The Barcode eatery offers sourdough pizza 'as it should be'. The pizza chain, which opened its Plymouth eatery to the public on March 11, has ten different pizzas on its menu all made with fresh dough that has been proved on site for 24 hours. There are traditional options like the cheese and tomato, but if you're feeling adventurous you can opt for Franco's Favourite - a combination of Italian smoked beef, mozzarella, wild rocket, Franco's grana, capers from Salina, Black pepper and lemon dressing. The best part is if you fancy a topping which is on a different pizza, you can ask your server to add it to your order.
