Is Empathy Selfish? In this weeks video I talk about the top 3 selfish behaviours common in the empath community. These beliefs and behaviours make life as an empath so much more challenging, so this video is meant to help you overcome the perspectives that may be limiting your growth as an empath, spiritually and in your relationships. Learning to recognize how empathy is selfish and taking responsibility for your own emotional well-being is a journey in self discovery, healing and empowerment. It requires a bit of tough love though, because in order for an empath to step into empowerment, that empath must step out of victim menality. Being an empath does have it's challenges and karmic lessons, but every person comes here with karmic lessons to learn. The top three selfish behaviours I address in this video are by all means, not the only problematic concepts I see tossed around the empath community, but they are very prevalent.
