🇬🇧This year, I ventured solo into the Scandinavian tundra, to fly fish in completely unknown waters, with only one thing in mind – that one big trout. The heat brought challenges, but I still found something. I spent six days alone in the wilderness, 40 kilometers from the nearest settlement, without seeing a single soul. The untouched nature provided unforgettable moments: dry fly fishing, streamer fishing for magnificent fish, and heartbreaking losses. I camped, hiked, and experienced the magic of the midnight sun, as the sun never set. The wilderness revealed its full beauty. 🇫🇮Tänä vuonna reissataan yksin tunturiin täysin tuntemattomille perhokalastusvesille, mielessä vain se yksi suuri taimen. Helteet tuovat haasteita, mutta jotain löytyykin. Vietin kuusi päivää erämaan keskellä, kaukana lähimmästä asutuksesta (n. 40 km päässä), enkä nähnyt ketään koko reissun aikana. Upea koskematon luonto tarjosi unohtumattomia hetkiä: pintaperhokalastusta, streamerkalastusta, upeita kaloja ja karvaita karkuutuksia. Leiriydyin, vaelsin ja koin yöttömän yön taikaa, kun aurinko ei koskaan laskenut. Erämaa näyttäytyi koko komeudessaan.
