Living a Shared Family Vision with the Norrie Family ​Every day we make decisions about how we approach life and learning. Ideally, families are in sync with the philosophy behind these decisions, and family members feel they've each had a chance to shape the life they're living. This is where a shared family vision comes in. With everyone onboard, each voice matters, each experience can lead your family in a new direction and each person feels respected and empowered in the process, parents and kids alike. But sometimes that can be easier said than done. This session focuses on the power behind creating a shared vision for your own family and the barriers families can face in getting there. As part, Sabrina and Doug Norrie talk personally about what it was like creating their own shared family vision (largely without realizing it). They'll cover how their family works together and constantly needs to shift to support and celebrate each other's differences.
