This reservoir will be built on 115 acres of BLM land and will be 110 feet deep at its deepest point. It will serve as an alternative source of irrigation water and support recreation activities such as fishing, kayaking, and paddle boarding. This project is expected to be completed by 2025-2026, depending on winter conditions. Currently, real estate in Toquerville Utah is limited, with only a few homes on the market. Prices range from under $500,000 for a 1,599 sq ft home to over $1.5 million for a custom-built home.
