Sunth Silva (I think that's his name ) hosts a SpeedQuiz every Thursday in Leicester. He cheats. Prior to posting this, not wishing to cause a fuss, I sent Sunth a private message which read something like "Hi Sunth, are you aware my scores on Wednesday may have been wrong?" and received no reply. Still not wishing to cause a fuss, I reached out privately to two people I know to be his friends.. He went on line denied cheating, saying "no one loses any points unless I'm doing a bitch-slap", and, to at least 12 people, accuses me of lying. If I have been untrue, either intentionally or accidentally, please point out where. Thankyou. Sunth was fixing the scores, Ergo he is a cheat, who can only bring discredit to himself, his venues, quizzes in general. and, most sadly, to anybody who has ever done his quizzes. Not because those who have played have done anything wrong, but because now they will never know for sure whether they won or lost because they deserved it. Not only has he cheated underhandedly, he vehemently denies it and moreover, accuses me of lying and has some exclusive dark secret that he is not prepared to tell people about In the first round, recoded here, we had three warm up questions “To get some points on the board”. I got all three, two of them pretty fast. (This is my screen by the way) There were 19 more question worth six points for a correct answer. I got 15, ergo 90 points There was a four point bonus for being first. I was first six times, ergo 24 points There was a three point for being second. I was second AT LEAST twice, ergo 6 Points I should have had AT LEAST 120 points, but, given the first three “to get some points on the board”, and other second, third and fourth places that were not announced (most of them) (for 3,2, and 1 bonus points), I would warrant, that I should have been closer to 150.
