Le Grand Colbert is one of the most beautiful brasseries in Paris — a truly breathtaking Art Nouveau setting. I loved this place 10 or 20 years ago, but in recent years I had mixed feelings about the food. So today, I went back to try their lunch bistro menu and see if the experience lives up to the décor. Sadly, the verdict is clear: the service is excellent, the room is spectacular… but the food is not at the level. I share my full experience in this video — starter, main, atmosphere, prices, and my final grade.
