Uttar Pradesh Police arrest Priyanka Gandhi, claims IYC President Srinivas BV Indian Youth Congress President Srinivas BV, claimed that Congress General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra, was on Monday, October 4, arrested by the Uttar Pradesh Police. Gandhi was stopped by the UP Police while she was on her way to meet kin of farmers who died due to violence in Uttar Pradesh's Lakhimpur Kheri district on Sunday, October 3. Congress MP Deepender Hooda, who accompanied Gandhi on her visit, was also arrested by the UP Police, claimed Srinivas. In the video it could be seen that the UP Ploice pushed Gandhi and Hooda as they resisted moving without seeing a warrant against them. "Show me a warrant and then cuff me. I will happily come with you if you show me the orders of my arrest. If you don't have, I'm not going to move from here," Said Gandhi.
