No Shortcuts! Steep Slope Metal Detecting With Late Reward!

Physically demanding relic hunt on the hillside and satisfying reward towards the end. It wasn’t easy but someone had to do it, although my feeling was that someone else did a petty good job before me. I tried to follow my intuition, but there was not much I could do at the beginning, as the area seemed cleaned out. I moved across the hillside to the left and back down to the right. I’ve spotted a place towards the end, my last hope to turn things around. Jackpot! The spot contained a few nice relics from 18th century, mostly buttons but also a beautiful, shiny shoe buckle.
