STATE OF OHIO vs. SHEREE M FULLER On the evening of May 13th 1989 Sheree Fuller was arrested for the first time and later charged with Theft after she was caught shoplifting out of Sax Fifth Ave. (According to Inside Edition) She was busted again around August 11th that year and after she was arraigned on shoplifting charges, she was thrown in jail again that same day on August 25th. Both times she made bail so this isn't exactly an episode of Orange is the New Black here, but I have to say our She By Sheree has always been adamant about the fab life huh? Later that year, according to the Docket, Sheree retracted her Not Guilty plea on September 21st 1989 in exchange for a plea deal that would result in Sheree being sentenced to an Ohio Reformatory for Women for 6 months. Yeah in Ohio they don’t play! I didn't know exactly what that meant so I googled it. Apparently this is an alternative to prison and a place where they decide to send troubled youth instead of sending them to full blown Prison. Ok I’ll admit his had me shook. Sheree basically spent 6 months if full blown women prison and we’re just finding out? Luckily I read a little further into the docket and found that her sentence was suspended and instead, Sheree was placed on 1 Year probation and ordered to seek gainful employment along with 100 hours of community service. Ok so this escalated quickly. I see now why Sheree came back to get the juicy details of this case and another hit and run case Expunged after the show started in December of 2008. It looks like the court decided against sealing everything but thanks to the docket… we got just enough.
