Here's another 10 000 steps Fast Walking Workout for those of you who have been asking me to do more 10000 steps workouts. Spend an hour and 17 minutes with me and get your 10000 steps in, without leaving the house! This is a medium intensity steady state cardio workout that will get you sweating within the first 2 rounds. Make sure you maintain a fast pace, (especially during the walking sections) if you want to reach the 10 000 steps mark! This workout should get you about 1000 steps per round. Make it your own, and complete as many rounds as you want! Thanks for joining me for this indoor walking workout. Love burning calories with you! REMEMBER: You can always change the pace or intensity of all my workouts to suit your mood or energy level for the day. I tracked this workout using 2 bands: Amazfit 5 and Xiaomi Mi5 Amazfit 5: 7,69 km, 10965 steps, 488 calorie burn Xiaomi Mi Band 5: 10,44 km, 11204 steps, 423 calorie burn The only breaks I took with this workout were between rounds.
