What is Sonata Form?

Learn about Sonata Form and how it was structured in the beginning stages and how it slowly evolved throughout the Eras. I teach the conventional approach which shows how Sonatas were first constructed. With this one can understand how Composers would take this song structure and change things, either altering the original structure to something that conveys the same message in a different way, or even going against what one would expect a Sonata to be but to still lead up to expectations.
