WELCOME to CONDADO DE ALHAMA, centrally located in the Alhama region, less than half an hour from the Mediterranean Sea and Spain's seventh largest city: Murcia. Condado de Alhama Golf Resort is quite probably the most complete holiday resort on the Costa Calida. Built in 2007-2009, over the last ten years it has become one of the Murcia region's most popular holiday destination for families, couples, and keen golfers from all over Europe. Condado is popular and well-known for its secure and tranquil character, it is very well maintained and clean, with plenty of space for the kids to run around, over 20 pools and over 15 children's play areas to choose from, very little traffic, no noise pollution and a 24/7 fully integrated security concept, with vehicle and ID control at the resort entrance gate and patrolling security 24/7. Condado de Alhama is a great place to spend your (golfing) holiday, to invest as buy-to-let, or for tranquil, relaxed living the whole year round with average temperatures that very rarely drop below 16 degrees Celsius, average summer temperatures of over 30 degrees, and more than 320 days of sunshine a year! 20mins from Condado is the main Port town of Mazzaron which has all the facilities of any major town with stunning beaches a little further along the coast at Bolnuevo. Also, just 20 minutes away in the opposite direction is the old town of Alhama de Murcia with all the hustle & bustle of a traditional Spanish community. Murcia city is just 40 mins drive away which has the most stunning architecture, restaurants, bars and shopping malls. Also, just 40 mins away in the opposite direction is the historical port town of Cartagena which is simply a wonderful place to visit for any local or tourist with plenty to see and do. There are many more local towns and villages to explore within a short drive from Condado De Alhama not least up in the Sierra Espuna mountains.
