The two game directors of Final Fantasy 7 and Stellar Blade posted pictures of them together on X earlier this month. Naoki Hamaguchi, director of the Final Fantasy 7 remake trilogy and Kim Hyung Tae, director of Stellar Blade, stated they met to have a rich discussion about many topics. Does this mean we're going to get that illusive Final Fantasy 7 / Stellar Blade crossover - more specifically a way to get Tifa and EVE together? I think, YES. Due to past evidence, most notably, the past behavior of Kim Hyung Tae, in which he met with Nier Automata director, Yoko Taro, which then led to the Nier crossover, we could be seeing something similar in the process of happening with the Final Fantasy 7 IP.
