This stream will be a combo of things, from an update on both cases and what will have been at that point filed, to why I think the platform is pushing back so hard, and what else is going into this effort beyond the cases against YT, Google, and Telegram. I also want to tie in something that I have found disturbing from the get-go, the idea that someone is destined to have the same qualities as one of their parents, one who happens to be a disturbed individual, so disturbed they are wanted for trying to unalive them in the most horrific of ways when they were a mere toddler. That's not how it works. Nor do we leave small babies in the 'care' of wanted fugitives who express a desire to have a 100% inappropriate relationship with them. These are individuals, with clearly defined rights. Rights of individuals, no matter how young, it's one of the reasons we have strong exceptions in law to protect them, even on the free for all that is social media, and even from a parent if need be. Gatis Lagzdins and Marina Abdula are wanted fugitives, evading arrest while hiding a minor child who is endangered. Law enforcement is failing that child and the one they tried to harm in the fire attacks on Diane's home. The tech company is failing them now too, fingers pointing in all directions as 'it's not MY fault or problem' rather than what should be occurring, 'thank you for letting us know, how can we help?' I will touch on some of the 'why' re my opinion on why they work to block the effort to inform and fail to act, and why I think I had an even stronger desire to take it on as an action, which can IMO illustrate something about Diane's son that, if not obvious, should be made clear in the discussion hopefully. Getting to parent a child is a privilege, not a right, and you can have that privilege removed when you are unfit. It's everyone's job to stop you, it's a responsibility, not a burden. #justiceforluna2025
