Eichholz was the last known survivor of the 1915 Eastland disaster. On July 24, 1915, Marion and her parents were on the upper deck of the SS Eastland when it listed, then rolled on it's side killing 844 passengers. MUSIC: The famous recording played in this episode; "Nearer My God To Thee", can be heard in countless similar renditions in memory of the RMS Titanic. This was the last song played by the ship's band. This recording in an anonymous contribution.
