We'll Meet Again

The 2nd Air Division 8th USAAF and their British friends sing "We'll Meet Again" at the Theatre Royal in Norwich, England as they celebrate the 50th Anniversary of Victory in Europe in May of 1995. "We'll Meet Again" is short clip of one of many songs in an evening of nostalgia, "We'll Meet Again." And it's one of number of videos we'll post related to the 50th Anniversary VE Day in 1945 as we begin the celebration this year of the 80th Anniversary of Victory in Europe. This video is one of hundreds our family has produced about the 2nd Air Division 8th USAAF. Our father, Joseph G. Dzenowagis, was a navigator in the 467th Bomb Group of the 2AD; our mother, Helen R. Dzenowagis, was a Lansing State Journal writer; daughter, Joan, is a writer; and son, Joe, is a producer and videographer. A huge, can't miss event by the American Library Memorial to the 2nd Air Division 8th USAAF will be its 10-day 80th VE celebration, “Silver Wings,” at the Forum in Norwich in September.
