I love this jelly bubble formula so much I decided to show you another fun way to use it! Bubble Brittle can be made many ways but I love the recipes that rise and foam so it is a hard airy product when it dries. Basic Jen Spice Bubble Brittle Dry Phase: 250 g sodium bicarbonate 50 g. SLSA 100 g Citric Acid Oil/Liquid Phase 1% fragrance oil (optional) Cocomidopropyl betaine (30-60 ml) 10 g glycerin Mix dry ingredients well. Add enough liquid cocomidopropyl betaine to start the reaction (30-60 g). If you add too much, quickly add more bicarb and citric. (2 parts sodium bicarbonate to 1 part citric acid). Pat on to a cookie sheet and allow to air dry. The secondary surfactant really makes the bubbles nice when a big chunk of this fizzing bubble bath is added to water.
