Are you free this weekend? Shall we go on a trip together? Noey: ว่างๆ! เราก็อยากไปเที่ยว แต่ยังไม่รู้จะไปไหนดี I’m free! I also want to go on a trip, but I don’t know where yet. Huda: ช่วงนี้อากาศร้อนมากเลยอ่ะ งั้นไปเที่ยวทะเลกันดีมั้ย It’s so hot these days. Shall we go to the beach? Noey: ก็ดีนะ ที่ไหนล่ะ? ไปที่ไม่ไกลกรุงเทพฯได้มั้ย จะได้ไม่เหนื่อยมาก Sounds good! Where though? Can we go somewhere not too far from Bangkok, so it won’t be too tiring? Huda: ถ้างั้น เราไปหัวหินกันมั้ย ใช้เวลาแค่ประมาณสอง-สามชั่วโมงจากกรุงเทพฯ In that case, how about Hua Hin? It’s only about two or three hours from Bangkok. Noey: อื้ม ดี แล้วเราจะไปพักที่ไหนกัน Great! Where will we stay? Huda: อาจจะพักที่รีสอร์ทเล็ก ๆ ริมทะเล หรือถ้าอยากประหยัด เราก็หาที่พักแบบเกสต์เฮาส์ We could stay at a small resort by the beach, or if we want to save money, we can find a guesthouse. Noey: เราว่าเกสต์เฮาส์ก็น่าสนใจนะ I think a guesthouse sounds good (is interesting). Huda: โอเค ได้ แล้วเราจะทำอะไรบ้างที่หัวหิน? Okay, sure. So what should we do in Hua Hin? Noey: เราอยากไปเดินตลาด กินอาหารทะเลสดๆที่ริมทะเล I want to go to the market and eat fresh seafood by the beach. Huda: เออ ดีนะ งั้นเราจองที่พักตอนนี้เลยนะ Yeah, sounds good. Let’s book a place now. Noey: โอเค ดี มันอาจจะเต็มก็ได้ เพราะว่าเป็นวันเสาร์อาทิตย์ด้วย Okay, good. It might be full since it’s the weekend. Huda: โอเคจ้ะ ไปยังไงดี จะนั่งรถหรือรถไฟ Okay. How should we go, by car or by train? Noey: เราว่านั่งรถสะดวกกว่า จะได้หยุดพักระหว่างทางด้วย I think going by car is more convenient. We can stop and rest along the way. Huda: โอเค เราจะออกจากกรุงเทพฯกี่โมง Okay. What time should we leave Bangkok? Noey: เราว่าออกเช้าๆดีกว่า รถไม่ติด 6:30 ได้มั้ย I think it’s better to leave early, so there won’t be traffic. How about 6:30 am? Huda: ได้ งั้นเราจะจองเกสต์เฮาส์แล้วก็เตรียมของให้พร้อมก่อนวันเสาร์ Sure. Then I’ll book a guesthouse and get everything ready before Saturday.
