🌴 Epic 8-Day Cape York Adventure on Suzuki DRZ400s 🏍️ Cape York has always been the ultimate test for adventure riders – remote, rugged, and absolutely unforgettable. Over 8 massive days we set off from Cairns on our Suzuki DRZ400s and took on some of Australia’s toughest and most iconic trails. This trip had everything: river crossings, steep climbs, sandy trails, mud, crashes, drowned bikes, big laughs, and even bigger memories. We rode hard, pushed limits, and made it all the way to the Tip of Australia – and back! 🔥 Our Route: Day 1: Black Mountain Road → CREB Track → Lions Den Hotel Day 2: Cooktown → Lakefield National Park via Battlecamp Road & Lakefield Road → Coen / Archer River Day 3: Archer River → Frenchmans Track → Bramwell Junction Day 4: Old Telegraph Track → Jardine Ferry → Punsand Bay Caravan Park Day 5: Rest day at Punsand Bay → short ride to the Tip → hike out to the famous sign → jet skiing at the Tip! Day 6: Punsand Bay → Peninsula Development Road (PDR) → Musgrave Roadhouse Day 7: Musgrave → Laura → Old Coach Road → West Mary Campgrounds Day 8: West Mary → Lake Tinaroo logging trail → Crater Lakes Tea House → Gillies Range → back to Edmonton 🏍️ The Highlights: ✔️ Conquered the CREB Track ✔️ Ripped through Lakefield National Park ✔️ Tackled the notorious Frenchmans Track ✔️ Survived the Old Telegraph Track ✔️ Battled the historic Old Coach Road ✔️ Hiked out to the Tip of Australia sign 🇦🇺 ✔️ Went jet skiing at the Tip (because why not?) ✔️ Crashed, drowned, and recovered our bikes more times than we can count ✔️ Rode hard, laughed harder, and got it done!
