To start off you can let the team just beat on the boss, giving more time for Carn to put out some orbs, and when you phase the boss, just press auto for a second then turn it off, that way every DPS uses their ult and puts some huge damage on the boss. You want to do this to get some extra points in, as the boss has vulnerability right after his HP breaks. For the poison part, you want to use Elowyn's ult just slightly before the poison proc happens from the attack, so she has more time to recharge her ult, also for the 2nd poison you can use Ferssi, as far as I know, it counts as AOE damage, so you can proc him for your team to take less damage. If you use Kigiri, make sure to use his ultimate right before attacks, so like the slam from the saw, or any other smaller slam, the shield swipe, or even the poison attack can proc his ultimate, but be careful if you use his ultimate during the poison, Elowyn's might not clear the poison from him as he is immune to things during his ultimate, even Elowyn's poison clear. This is also the reason people use Lust with Kigiri sometimes, as she can whip Kigiri and proc his parry, but it is not too reliable. With Pope, you want to try and proc his lightning 2x during the ultimate, you might not always get it, but it helps with the damage quite a bit. With Carnelian, you want to use her ultimate during saw phase as you can see in the video, or even during poison, I think I did it once. If you can time your Wukong and your Pope lightning for the saw phase, that can save you some time for Carn to regain some rage before the boss strikes.
