From "End of the Line". Inferior as there are two AP Sanchezes in the game that can be obtained (a third can be obtained with a cheat code). It does require OM0, and you need it to hop out of the Feltzer and start a second instance of this mission. Hopping out of the Feltzer is very wonky; sometimes CJ jumps out right away, sometimes it takes him ages to. Usually you want to hop out before the cutscene begins. I wasn't able to in this video, but was able to obtain the EP/FP Sanchez. I test its properties and show it has no BP either. There's also an EP/FP LSPD Police (which is inferior) and Tornado (which can be made EP/FP with Gray Imports). The Tornado that is at Cluckin Bell if you fail the mission correctly is NOT EP/FP. I might have driven past an EP/FP Police on the way to the Sanchez. I'll test later. You can also obtain the EC2 Light Grey interior Feltzer in DP/EP/FP/MP form, along with an easy way to obtain the AP Firetruck. Expect videos on all these vehicles soon.
