The aircraft arrived on time and the boarding process was very efficient and fast. The flight was not full with around 70 percent occupancy. I requested for Seafood Meal during online booking and it turned out horrible! That was the first time i did not finish my meal on board. The Seafood meal request was no different with the regular choice as they have the tuna sandwich on offer too that day. The downside was the cheap plastic cutlery and glassware.The cabin crew service was adequate but lacking of warmth of which true service quality should have. The most defective moment when the cabin crew forgot my order although two cabin crew members had confirmed my seafood meal request before take off! I had to ask them for my meal after all the passengers have been served. Thus, i was served last. No immediate apologies given either! Overall, The flight with Malaysia Airlines was terrible experience despite the good deal i got.
