Elena Dementieva v. Dinara Safina 2008 YEC RR highlights

After losing ten straight matches at the Year-Ending Championships, Elena finally scores her first win at the tournament since 2003. Lindsay Davenport provides commentary to this match. This match is pretty underwhelming, but it's 20 minutes because I included several interview pieces with Elena and there were two very long games in the second set. I didn't include footage of it but Dinara had a medical timeout at *22 40-15 in the second, she won the game but she had a long consultation and had her foot taped up. Not sure if that influenced the match from that point, but Dinara became a lot more aggressive after that, so I guess so. I also include the stats at the end, but I personally counted Elena's W/UE ratio to be 12:13 and Dinara's 13:39. The TV was much kinder to Safina than I was....
