www.thorwaldjorgensen.com - Thorwald Jørgensen plays his own composition Distant Shores for theremin, voice and loop station. Recorded January 17, 2017 in the Arnold Schönberg Hall of the Royal Conservatory in The Hague, Netherlands. Recording: Lilita Dunska. The idea for this composition came to Jørgensen when he was walking along his favorite beach in The Hague. While gazing at the horizon he was captured by the mystical view from the beautiful Dutch seaside, and started fantasizing about the scenery at the other side of the North Sea and beyond.
